  • TriMedx centralizes medical equipment management at Decatur County Memorial Hospital.

    In 2008, the leadership at Decatur County Memorial Hospital determined that their current medical equipment management provider and its system were falling below industry standards. TriMedx partnered with Decatur County Memorial Hospital to develop and deliver a solution based on increasing operational efficiencies, enhancing revenue and reducing costs.

  • St. Luke's Hospital reduces annual medical equipment costs by 16.7 percent.

    In 2008, St. Luke's Hospital, a 150-bed acute-care facility in Jacksonville, Florida transferred ownership from Mayo Clinic to St. Vincent's HealthCare. TriMedx partnered with St. Vincent's to streamline medical equipment management at St. Luke's to share resources, gain greater economies of scale, establish best practices and take advantage of value-added services across the entire health system. As a result, by 2010, the TriMedx-managed clinical engineering department had saved the hospital 16.7 percent in medical equipment management expenses annually.

  • TriMedx optimizes service for Sacred Heart Health System with 99.8% uptime.

    Employing its unique in-source model, TriMedx has significantly reduced service contracts for Sacred Heart by investing in training internal technical resources. This allows for faster in-house response to service needs, which results in increased equipment uptime.

  • TriMedx helps nation's largest nonprofit health system save more than $100 million.

    Ascension Health grew fast, with 78 hospitals in 20 states and the District of Columbia. Yet each clinical engineering department differed in management methodologies, policies, and procedures. TriMedx faced the critical challenge of establishing a consistent, comprehensive program to meet the individualized needs of each hospital no matter how many beds, FTEs, or sites were involved.
