TriMedx Executive Wins HR Excellence Award

Linda LeBlanc recognized at Annual HR Conference

INDIANAPOLIS (May 6, 2008) - TriMedx senior vice president Linda LeBlanc received a Human Resources Award of Excellence today from the Indiana Chamber of Commerce at the Annual HR Conference & Expo.

Since she joined TriMedx in 2006 as vice president of HR, Linda improved the human resources function in various ways from streamlining recruitment to implementing new career development programs. Her efforts helped transform the on-boarding process to bring on 110 new associates nationwide over the past two years.

"Linda designed and implemented scalable HR infrastructure to better leverage talent management at all levels from recruitment to orientation to professional development and beyond," said Barb Burcope, executive director of human resources, who nominated Linda for the award.

Recognizing that human capital is the company's greatest asset, Linda keeps associates across time zones informed through multimedia communications from conference calls to a video newsletter. In addition, she has also played an integral role developing robust community relations programs including charitable giving and volunteerism efforts.

"Linda's innovative ideas and empowering leadership abilities transcend the human resources arena. Her visionary leadership is invaluable - that's why she was recently appointed to serve in her new role as senior vice president," said Greg Ranger, founder, president and CEO of TriMedx.
