TriMedx HR Manager Recognized at Indiana HR Conference

Angela Acrey receives Volunteer Leader of the Year award

INDIANAPOLIS (Oct. 14, 2009) - TriMedx human resources manager of talent development Angela M. Acrey, SPHR, recently received the Volunteer Leader of the Year award from the Indiana State Society of HR Management.

As president of SHRM's niche group known as the HR Professional Development Association, Angela was recognized for her leadership, motivation and organizational skills. In addition, HRPDA also received the 2009 Chapter of the Year award for its contributions to the advancement of effective HR management.

"Angela has taken leadership of the chapter to a new level. It is such a joy to see the original vision of the organization realized through her influence and the leadership of others," said Elizabeth Stahl, a fellow member of SHRM, who founded HRPDA in 2002.
