Henry Hummel
Chief Executive Officer
Henry provides strategic leadership to TRIMEDX as it enhances its technology and service capabilities and expand its offerings to further position the company to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.
Henry is a seasoned leader within the global healthcare industry, with a proven track record of growing businesses in both mature and expanding markets through product introductions, technology and service enhancements, and operational improvements. He has held a variety of executive roles for several leading global organizations, including multiple leadership roles over the course of 25 years with GE Healthcare as well as other senior positions with Covance, Johnson Controls and, most recently, Tenneco.
Henry is positioned to lead TRIMEDX in the next phase of its growth as the company continues to expand its product and service offerings and invest in value-added technology and analytics capabilities to better serve its current and future healthcare partners with the ultimate goal of improving healthcare delivery.
Henry received his Bachelor of Science degree from Carroll College.
Chris leads the development of financial strategy and drives key organizational growth initiatives. Chris brings more than 25 years of experience strengthening financial operations and driving significant growth in a variety of companies. He has executive-level experience with companies including Siemens, Synagro, and Redzone Robotics. His expertise includes investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and financial planning.
Chris earned a diploma of business studies and finance from Kingston University in the UK.
Kristi McDermott serves as the chief operating officer for TRIMEDX. McDermott has been with TRIMEDX since 2018 after the company acquired Aramark Healthcare Technologies and has served as chief commercial officer and president of clinical engineering during that time. She has been in the healthcare industry for almost 30 years and in the healthcare technologies industry for 13 years. McDermott earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and a master’s in business administration from Maryville University in St. Louis.
As the chief commercial officer, Ted is responsible for the commercialization strategy with a focus on delivering new business, increasing market share & revenue growth through successful marketing strategies, and acquisition of new clients. Ted joined TRIMEDX most recently from Atlanta-based FORTNA, where he served as the chief revenue officer for the world’s largest pure-play material handling and warehouse automation integration company. Prior to FORTNA, Ted had an 18-year career with GE HealthCare, where he held a variety of senior leadership positions including, and most recently, serving as a region president. He was responsible for coaching and leading field-based teams as they reinvented client engagement strategies and completed a go-to-market transformation. Prior to that role, Ted provided executive leadership and powered additional GE HealthCare teams to enable and drive customer success. He earned an MBA with honors from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont.
Dawn Griffin is Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer at TRIMEDX. Dawn brings over 20 years of experience and leads TRIMEDX’s human capital strategy, including talent acquisition, compensation, talent development, organization development, culture, and associate engagement.
Throughout her career, Dawn has been focused on global private equity companies in automotive, life sciences and healthcare. Prior to joining TRIMEDX in 2016, Dawn served in executive roles at Envigo, Harlan Laboratories, and Remy International. She is a board member for The Goodwill Foundation of Central and Southern Indiana.
Dawn holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
As the chief technology officer, Jeff directs the design, acquisition, management, and implementation of enterprise-wide technology, infrastructure, and comprehensive offering strategy including analyzing technology and trends that improve the company’s products and performance. With nearly 30 years of experience in planning, building, and running highly available platforms, Jeff has been part of successful product launches across several industries. Prior to joining TRIMEDX, Jeff spent nearly 15 years at Cardinal Health, where he held a variety of senior leadership roles spanning both Product and Technology. Jeff earned an MBA from The Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Ohio University.
Chief Compliance Officer
As General Counsel, Art Fisher provides overall legal counsel and legal direction for TRIMEDX, executive management and the Board of Directors. He also serves as Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining TRIMEDX, Art was General Counsel for Determine, a publicly traded software company, where he managed all global legal and human resources affairs. Before Determine, Art was a member of the Corporate Group at the law firm of Faegre Baker Daniels, where he counseled public and private companies on a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Art was a first grade English teacher at Christel House de México in Mexico City before attending law school. He is a graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and DePauw University. Art lives in Indianapolis with his wife and three young sons.
Senior Leadership Team
Jason Henley is the president of cybersecurity at TRIMEDX. He leads efforts to accelerate commercialization efforts and growth of the company’s cybersecurity solutions. Jason has been with TRIMEDX for 12 years and started his career leading pricing, transitioned to client services, and most recently led business development. He has over 20 years of experience in operational and commercial roles and previously held positions with United Technologies and Guardsmark. Jason earned his MBA from Loyola University and a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University.
Jim McCoy is president of clinical asset management at TRIMEDX. He leads the company’s clinical asset management and informatics solution that provides clients opportunities for financial and operational improvement within their clinical asset install base. Jim came to TRIMEDX from GE Healthcare after 27 years, where he served in various roles of leadership including comprehensive services executive and asset management consultant. Jim earned an associate degree in biomedical engineering technology from University of Alabama at Birmingham, a bachelor’s degree in management human resources from Trevecca Nazarene University, and a master’s in international business administration from American InterContinental University.
Rob Moorey serves as president of clinical engineering for TRIMEDX. Rob has been with TRIMEDX for over 10 years and has served as senior vice president of customer delivery and division vice president during that time. Before joining TRIMEDX, he spent eight years working for Aramark Healthcare Technologies in various leadership roles and began his career as a United States Air Force Biomedical Equipment Technician, stationed at Andrews Air Force Base outside Washington, D.C. Rob earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Wayland Baptist University in Plainview, Texas.
Bill Conrad is senior vice president and general manager of clinical engineering at TRIMEDX. He has been with the company since April 2012, when he joined the team after a successful 33-year career with UPS. There, Bill most recently served as the vice president of operations/Mountain Division. After joining TRIMEDX, Bill served as a director in the Northeast division as well as division vice president in the North for four years each and most recently as senior vice president of customer delivery for the TRIMEDX West Operations.
Peter provides overall operational leadership for all HCT business within TRIMEDX. In addition, Peter is engaged in business development activities, strategic direction, new commercial sales, and client retention.
Peter began his career as a Biomedical Engineering Technician for ServiceMaster and has been with Aramark TRIMEDX for 36 years. He has held numerous responsibilities during his career including Regional Sales Executive, Clinical Equipment Director, Clinical Equipment Management Engineer, Area Manager, Director of Operations, Zone Vice President, Safety Officer, and Regional Vice President.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from California Coast University. He is also a Certified Plant Maintenance Manager, and Miller Heiman trained. His excellent leadership skills garnered him Aramark’s National Healthcare Service Pillar Award. He is a member or AAMI and ASHE.
Kelley Jacobsen is senior vice president of supply chain and shared services. In this role, she is responsible for strategic sourcing, centralized procurement, digital system & data transformation, service strategy, and execution. In addition, Kelley leads the company’s supply chain strategic direction, optimization of service strategy, as well as business and technical training curriculum and programs for TRIMEDX University™.
Kelley has experience in manufacturing operations, global supply chain, and training and has worked in a variety of roles in the automotive and healthcare industries. In her previous roles with Hill-Rom, she spent over 14 years with increasing leadership responsibilities to include roles in manufacturing operations, new product development, and global supply chain. Kelley earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Purdue University.
In his role as chief information officer, Brad provides strategic technology leadership in the areas of software, applications, information technology/operations, solutions, and IT security. Brad has over 25 years of leadership experience leading teams in IT security and information technology. Previously, he worked positions at Kohl’s Department Stores, CUNA Mutual Group, Rockwell Automation, Northrop Grumman, and the United States Air Force. Brad brings a strong background in security and technology for creating solutions to drive TRIMEDX forward.
Brad earned his MBA from Colorado State University and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from South Dakota State University. He has multiple information security certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
Scott Trevino is senior vice president of cybersecurity at TRIMEDX. He leads efforts to define the strategy to deliver value, growth, and evolution of TRIMEDX’s cybersecurity solutions, including Vigilor from TRIMEDX, independent cybersecurity services available to all health systems. He is responsible for identifying trends in cybersecurity, technology, as well as recognizing & anticipating the evolution of clients, market, and industry needs to translate them into market-leading solutions that meet the needs of and bring value to clients.
Prior to joining TRIMEDX, Scott spent over 20 years at GE Healthcare holding multiple leadership positions in product management, product development, services, technology/engineering, operations, and quality & regulatory. Scott earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Science in Computing and two bachelor’s degrees in computer science and psychology from Marquette University.
