TRIMEDX is committed to actively listening and responding to the needs of clients, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth to meet the needs of the industry. This commitment is reflected in several key initiatives, called the TRIMEDXperience, that monitor ongoing service quality and support a better understanding of the client experience.


  • Annual Voice of the Customer survey: This annual relationship survey measures customer perceptions and experience with TRIMEDX programs. Feedback is gathered on the overall relationship with TRIMEDX, familiarity with existing programs, experience across operational areas such as implementation and leadership/partnership, as well as a targeted Net Promoter Score. TRIMEDX uses feedback from this survey to create action plans and strategic initiatives that improve the client experience.
  • Operations Transactional Surveys: Operational transactional surveys related to clinical engineering repairs are deployed to measure key areas such as overall service experience, ease of repair process, experience with the technician, time to complete the repair and perceived disruption to patient care.
  • Mobile Medical Equipment (MME) Survey: Clients who participate in the TRIMEDX MME program also receive a quarterly survey to measure effectiveness and satisfaction with the program. This survey looks specifically at the cleanliness of equipment, client experience with the MME representatives (their accessibility, courtesy and responsiveness to client needs) and time spent locating and retrieving mobile medical equipment.

  • ISO 27001 sets forth the necessary requirements to provide for the security of information through a systematic risk management process.

    • As a healthcare technology company, TRIMEDX adheres to the latest information security industry standards while maintaining and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure the security of data managed by its corporate offices.  
    • TRIMEDX has established the necessary policies and procedures to respond to the growing number of security threats in the healthcare industry.  
    • TRIMEDX remains committed to excellence in protecting our clients, associates and stakeholders through elevated quality standards.  



  • SOC 2 is a stringent, third-party industry standard among service organizations that handle client data and is designed to protect the safety and security of the data and its storage.  
  • TRIMEDX has successfully met the SOC 2 Type 2 requirements that demonstrate the strength of our security protocols in our operational policies, controls and service delivery.  
  • Achieving this level of compliance requires a demonstrated ability to consistently monitor unusual system activity, activate security alerts in the event of security incident, produce detailed audit trails for root cause analysis and quickly take corrective action.
